About Kids Corral Childcare and Preschool

At Kids Corral Childcare and Preschool, our Director, Rachel Rader, brings warmth, dedication and over eight years of experience in early childhood education to every part of our program. As both a foster parent and a passionate advocate for children, Rachel has devoted her career to creating a safe, loving, and supportive space where every child can learn, grow and feel valued. 

Rachel's journey in childcare has been shaped by her belief that quality early education should be both accessible and affordable. Under her leadership, Kids Corral is proud to provide high-quality, affordable care in our fully licensed center- giving families peace of mind and children the best start in life. 

From greeting families each morning to working alongside teachers in the classroom, Rachel's hands-on approach ensures that every child feels seen and supported. Her experience as a foster parent gives her a unique perspective and deep compassion for children of all backgrounds, making Kids Corral a truly inclusive and welcoming environment. 

When she's not at the center, Rachel enjoys being a sports mom to her very active kids, cheering them on from the sidelines and celebrating their successes. Her energy, kindness and commitment to children shine through everything she does.

Rachel believes that every child deserves a safe place to explore, discover, and develop confidence. At Kids Corral, she works daily to make sure your child is not only cared for-but also inspired to grow, play, and dream big.
